Design: Nine bands with boda (Savu flower) and kekemahaba (zigzag) motifs in ecru and morinda red on indigo background.
Size: 92 x 173 cm (36.2 x 68.1 in)
Yarn: Cotton, hand-spun, medium
Comment: Fine example of Savu style selimut with relatively rare nine band design (most have only seven bands). Morinda red remarkably strong. Good weaving, well preserved.
