To facilitate study of this rare antique Palu'e ikat, front and back are here shown side by side. The prime reason for creating this page was to facilitate the work of Stefan Danerek who is helping the weavers of the island to restore their ikat design knowledge bank. The slight differences in colour are the result of shooting in daylight under different conditions.
