Design: Ei raja. Two wide bands with bunga lehu (lehu flower) pattern in ecru on morinda red, two wide bands in indigo called medi ae (big black), narrower bands in ecru on morinda red with jilamprang-like kepajo motif, octopus, alternated with plain indigo roa bands. Six raja stripes in floating warp weave.

Weight: 590 g (284 g/m2)
Yarn: Cotton, hand-spun, medium
Comment: A fine older specimen with traditional three-fold repeat of the main ikated motif. On the reverse side the sarong is marked with a little zigzag in white thread, bunga wurumada, signalling completion of the ceremony required after the weaving and before sewing the cloth into a sarong
